There are two steps in the Solcz Family Foundation’s application process:

1. The first step is the proposal stage in which applicants may submit a grant proposal. These proposals are reviewed for basic eligibility. Required information at this stage includes:

• Nature of the applying organization and applicable documents
• Insurance information for the applying organization
• A one-page proposal outlining the grant request and associated information
• Verification of charitable status

2. If the grant proposal meets the eligibility requirements, the applicant may be invited to submit a grant application. The grant application includes more detailed information about the applicant organization and the grant request.
